Excellent location! The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the train terminal, making it incredibly convenient. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, offering a delicious breakfast with an impressive variety of options. The staff continuously replenish the buffet, ensuring everything is fresh and available. They also have four or five coffee machines, allowing you to prepare your coffee just the way you like it—and enjoy as many cups as you want! I also had dinner at a different restaurant within the hotel, and it was equally impressive. The food was flavorful, and the wine selection was excellent, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience

LOCATION! a perfect place to stay! From the gorgeous park across the street, to the museums and just a couple of blocks from Antocha railway station...it was a great start to my vacay! ACCOMMODATION! Great room with beautiful balcony overlooking Paseo Del Prado. Attention to detail and cleanliness was A RATING! BREAKFAST! Wonderful way to start the day, absolutely fresh and delicious! I also had room service and ate at their restaurant, also excellent ! STAFF! Their attention to customer service is a 10 star rating! Everyone always with a genuine smile and ready to assist. I am looking forward to returning and will recommend this hotel to friends, family and colleagues!

Hotel in great location, with nice views to the park and Atocha station. Metro station and museums in just a small distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of pastry and fruits. Everything was really so tasty! The breakfast area was very clean and staff took always great care of everyone. The restaurant of the hotel was also very nice and the food was great. In the bathroom they provide a very nice hair-dryer, and it is rare to find a good one in hotels. Also, right next to the hotel there are so many options for drinks and food.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Paco in the restaurant. We also used the restaurant for lunch on some of the days which was very nice. The hotel is directly opposite the Botanical Gardens and the main park which are both lovely to walk around and it is also close to the Prada museum. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. An ideal hotel for city breaks.

We had a balcony in our room which was nice to be able to look out at the Botanical gardens and the different buildings nearby.
